These Terms apply to your use of zelvanoq.com and purchases from Zelvanoq.

Zelvanoq is operated by Sardar Farzan Nadeem, trading as Zelvanoq, as an individual business owner.

Nothing in these Terms restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Website use and accounts

You must use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.

Keep account credentials confidential.

You must not introduce malicious software, interfere with security, impersonate another person, commit fraud or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Products

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, measurements, photographs and condition information.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography or screen settings. This does not affect your rights if goods are materially different from their description.

Product availability is displayed on the relevant product page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP).

Displayed consumer prices include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges and other applicable charges are disclosed before payment.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Available payment methods appear at checkout.

You must be authorised to use the payment method supplied.

5. Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt. It does not itself constitute acceptance.

We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. A purchase contract is formed at that point.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including:

Unavailable stock.
Payment failure.
Suspected fraud.
A delivery restriction.
An obvious pricing or product-information error.

If payment has been collected for an order we cannot accept, we will notify you and refund it without unnecessary delay.

We will not substitute a materially different product or request additional payment without your agreement.

6. Order details and amendments

Check your acknowledgement carefully.

Contact support@zelvanoq.com promptly if you need to correct information, amend an order or request cancellation.

Changes may not be possible once fulfilment has progressed. Applicable cancellation and return rights remain available.

7. Shipping

Products are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

We deliver throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands.

Our standard estimates are:

Processing: 1–2 business days.
Transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days.
Estimated total: 4–7 business days.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays.

Standard shipping charges are:

Merchandise total of £45 or less: £4.99.
Merchandise total over £45: free.

The merchandise total is calculated after discounts and before delivery charges.

8. Delivery responsibility

Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you have nominated, subject to applicable law.

Different rules may apply if you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

9. Returns and cancellations

We offer a voluntary 30-day return-request period from delivery.

Customers then have 14 calendar days after notifying us to send eligible goods back.

We provide free prepaid return labels for eligible returns.

This offer is additional to statutory cancellation rights and rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

10. Faulty goods

Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

Your statutory remedies are not limited to our voluntary 30-day return period.

11. Intellectual property

Original website content and branding are owned by or licensed to Zelvanoq unless stated otherwise.

You may use the website for personal shopping. Other use of protected content requires permission unless permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Reviews and submitted content

Submitted reviews must reflect genuine experiences.

Content must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringe another person’s rights.

We may moderate content for legitimate reasons, including spam, unlawful material and disclosure of personal information.

13. Third-party services

Our store uses Shopify, Shopify Payments and providers supporting store operations and delivery.

Their services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Using third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal information processing and website tracking technologies.

15. Errors

We may correct genuine errors in website information.

If an error affects an order, we will contact you where necessary. Corrections do not override your rights under an accepted purchase contract.

16. Events outside our control

Severe weather, carrier disruption and similar events may affect fulfilment or delivery.

We take reasonable steps to inform affected customers and minimise disruption.

Your statutory remedies remain available.

17. Liability

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers in other parts of the United Kingdom retain applicable mandatory protections and rights to use the courts available to them under the law.

19. Changes

Updates apply to future use and purchases.

Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing purchase contract unless permitted by law or agreed with you.
